The venue management and/or Promoter reserve the right to refuse admission to any person and to remove persons from the venue for any reason where necessary. Admission to the venue and event is at the registrants own risk. Neither the Promoter nor the venue management shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises except for death or personal injury, which is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or the venue management or their employees or agents.

*Refunds/Cancellations – During registration, we will issue refunds if a competitor is unable to attend. Notice must be given before Registration is closed for the event. Once we close the event registration, no refunds will be given if a competitor is unable to attend due to the costs involved with the food, gear and organization required and committed to the registrant.

**Due to uncertainties with regards to Covid 19, Extreme Benchrest reserves the right to cancel the event and refund fees. We hope it does not come to this, but cannot make guarantees. We also encourage everyone to prepare for safe practices regarding Covid 19 precautions and will have more information on this matter as the event draws near. While on site, the venue management retains the right to enforce their rules and restrictions surrounding Covid 19 precautions.
